They arranged the 360 tour but we weren't to touch the turtles of sea lions. Wouldn't want to touch the sharks or rays. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They suggested places to eat and places to go. Originally we were scheduled to change rooms three times, but they arranged it so we only had to move twice and they moved all our stuff.
A bit pricey but it is Galapagos after all. Excellent location and the staff was super friendly. Very good breakfast included
The hotel is really well located! The room was a double standard, regular comfy bed, the bathroom a little oldish. The staff is nice!

The location of this property was great - directly on the harbor. We enjoyed the outside covered sitting area. Tatiana, the manager, was very helpful and pleasant and arranged a wonderful snorkeling trip for us.

Spacious room with balcony with hammock and a gorgeous view to gold beach where sea lions where chilling. Friendly multilingual staff (Spanish, english, Portuguese and maybe more I don’t know). We got a three bed even if we book it for too. They have toiletries and hair dryer. We can refill water, tea, coffee. They offer breakfast

The view was amazing. Complimentary water and tea. Drinking water in room. A/C. Marina at front desk was super nice and helpful. We had to leave before breakfast and she made us a sandwich.
